How Does a 360 Video Booth Work

Guests step onto the platform, and as the arm starts to spin, they can strike a pose, have fun, dance, or use props to enhance their experience.

The camera begins capturing a 360 video with our specialised software and immediately uploads the video to the sharing station.

Once guests are off the platform, they can instantly download their video from the sharing station and save to their phone via text airdrop or QR code.

    We have a minimum requirement of 3 hours to ensure you and your guests have sufficient time to enjoy the experience.

    For events with formalities, such as weddings, it's important to factor in the time needed for the speeches, toast, bridal dance, in addition to the time you'd like to spend on the booth.

  • Forever Moments, offer the largest booth size with a diameter of 125cm, providing ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

  • For specific pricing details on the 360 video booth, please reach out to our friendly staff at Forever Moments. We will promptly provide you with a personalised quote tailored to your event.

  • We will ensure that we arrive at the venue with plenty of time before your event's start time, allowing for a setup and pack down window of 60 minutes to 90 minutes. Please note that the setup and pack down time is not included in the video booth time. We will handle all aspects of the setup and operation leaving you free to enjoy your event and creating lasting memories with your guests.

  • The minimum space required is 3 meters x 3 meters

  • One power source is required for the TV / iPad sharing station. All other equipment are cordless and run on battery packs.

  • The 360 Video Booth cannot be set up anywhere. It requires a flat surface, the venue needs to be easily accessible or has a loading bay. Please notify us if the venue has only stairs for access. Also if your event is outdoor shelter needs be provided from rain or direct sunlight.

  • Forever Moments has public liability insurance and follow safety protocols and practices.
